REFUND POLICY.

Our guarantee

Syntax Operations Agency offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — including the Deployment Deposit ($14,000), the Standard Engagement ($24,000), and any recurring subscription plan. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@syntaxops.agency from the address you used at checkout, including your order ID or the email receipt sent by Stripe.
2. We will confirm receipt and initiate the refund directly through Stripe.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@syntaxops.agency. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds for the most recent subscription charge are available within 30 days of that charge under the guarantee above.

One-time engagements

The Deployment Deposit and Standard Engagement are both covered by the 30-day guarantee. If significant custom work has already been delivered and accepted by you in writing before a refund request, we may prorate the refund to reflect the work performed. We will always discuss this with you before processing.
