Syntax Operations Agency retains all rights, title, and interest in the website, our methodologies, templates, software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use deliverables produced for you under the applicable scope of work.
Payments for our services are processed by Stripe(Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and Stripe, Inc.). By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's terms, available at stripe.com/legal/consumer. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@syntaxops.agency; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional, financial, legal, or medical advice without independent review. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for verifying outputs before relying on them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Syntax Operations Agency is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
